1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly states otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

Use of the blucky platform and all associated Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

4 Account Registration

To access Real Money Play on blucky, you must complete the account registration process and have your identity verified. The following conditions apply to all blucky accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player may hold only one (1) active blucky account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and valid contact number. • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify blucky immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. blucky reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the blucky platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: blucky accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to the blucky account within seconds of successful transaction authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. blucky reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required identity documents have been reviewed and approved.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all blucky accounts. Players who have achieved VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as communicated individually.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

blucky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Eligibility: blucky reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, including on the basis of account verification status, deposit history, and gameplay patterns.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the player's account without replacement.
• Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus cancelled, may have associated winnings voided, and may have their account suspended.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirements, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Only real-money funds will be returned.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or credentials to transact on the blucky platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated gameplay designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the blucky platform in a manner not expressly permitted;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, or using the blucky platform for money laundering purposes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing blucky staff, other players, or live dealer personnel;
• Accessing the blucky platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

blucky is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its entire Philippine player base. We believe gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all blucky account holders at no charge and are accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour waiting period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the blucky platform — including but not limited to the blucky logo, brand name, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of blucky or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the blucky platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you the right to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any blucky content without prior written consent from blucky.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, blucky's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your blucky account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

blucky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the blucky platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not blucky has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

blucky shall not be held liable for service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, or regulatory actions.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by blucky is governed by the blucky Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

By registering a blucky account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have opted in.

13 Amendments to These Terms

blucky reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, blucky will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
• Send a notification to the registered email address on file for all active blucky accounts;
• Where required by regulation, provide a minimum notice period before the changes take effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be escalated to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority.

blucky's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, account verification, bonus eligibility, and Terms interpretation shall be final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.
